My stay was real good for a short holiday. I greatly enjoyed continental breakfast, the food was good. The location was comfortable, right on sea front, and my bed was comfy. Plus, it was so close to the beach onto the harbour and seafront as well as Carbis Bay and Lelant Saltings.
The room seemed very small.

This was a very very good stay of all the holidays. The location of the hotel was convenient - not too far from Water of Leith Walkway. The staff was amazingly friendly and very amiable, as well as host. The breakfast at the place was rich with amazing views.
Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

I stayed for 7 nights here and had a very very good time. My breakfast was rich with amazing views. The staff were helpful, incredibly nice. The location was convenient, steps away from a bus station, so it was really easy to travel around. The beach was close to the hotel I stayed at.
The bathroom I had was very small.

The location was wonderful - close enough to the beach onto the harbour and seafront, the centre of the town, and footpath. The room was impressive and functional with a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and soft bathrobes in the private bathroom. The hotel staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming.

When I am in St Ives, I like staying here. The property is clean with a lovely design, and the continental breakfast is marvellous! Make sure you stay in the superior king room with the view of the sea. The staff are amicable, and the host too. The hotel's location is magnificent, near to Carbis Bay and Penzance.
